The twin room was absolutely fantastic! It had a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, which was super convenient for our family. The tiled floor in the room gave it a modern and clean look. We loved how easy it was to move around. The free toiletries provided in the room were a lovely touch. It felt like the hotel really cared about our comfort. The air conditioning in the twin room was a lifesaver. It kept us cool throughout our stay, especially during the hot days. Having an air-conditioned room was such a relief after a long day of exploring. We could relax and unwind in comfort.

Personally, we would have preferred a softer mattress in the twin room. However, we understand that others might enjoy a firmer bed.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me with a credit card mishap, taking me to the bank to retrieve it - so grateful! The beautiful garden and pool, along with the reasonably priced bar, made for a fantastic stay. The prepared breakfasts were a huge time-saver, and the tour management was outstanding. A big thanks to Emilia, Maxwell, Kerrith, Shaun, and the entire team for their excellent service. The lodge's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of elephants during breakfast, and a convenient walking distance to town. The fact that The Big Tree is only 2 km away was such a thrill, I mean, who doesn't want to see a big tree?
